Utica College - Strebel Hall Student Dining Commons Renovations
This project involved the total renovation of the existing Dining facility into a more modern state-of-the-art facility offering many new amenities and choices for students and faculty.
The three-month project included all new finishes, MEP's, several new eating stations, new beverage stations, Bistro-type seating and a new Wok Station. An additional stairway from the mezzanine level was also constructed.

Syracuse Label & Surround Printing - Syracuse, NY
This project involved the construction of a new 59,000 SF facility that included a 49,000 Butler Building Production/Warehouse with a large 14,000 SF conventional built office area attached to the Butler Building that now houses their main operations.

Precisionmatics Manufacturing Facility
After working with the owners of this CNC Machining firm for nearly two years we are proud to announce we have completed the new 55,000 SF Manufacturing and Office building on Route 20 in West Winfield. The project is a Design-Build Butler building, featuring factory-insulated metal wall panels and a high-R roof system. Heidelberg Bread - New Facility
Charles A Gaetano Construction, Utica NY has completed work on the new 28,800 sf Baking Facility for Heidelberg Bread. Following over a year of planning the project is the very first building in the Herkimer County IDA's "Pumpkin Patch" Industrial Park located in Frankfort, NY. The building replaces the original Heidelberg plant in Herkimer which the company had outgrown due to its continued growth and high demand for the artisan bread products they have produced since 1983.
The project was completed on a Design-Build basis that includes Site, Structural, Architectural and Mechanical/Electrical design and construction. The building includes separate Production and Packaging areas, Hi R value Insulated Metal Wall and Roof Panels, Staff offices and support facilities. Wild Residence - Old Forge, NY
A 4,000 SF Custom Vacation Home and detached garage located on Second Lake. The exterior features include Seneca Limestone at the lower level and cement board siding at the main floor with a sloped Cape Ann style roof. The building shell is insulated with Hi-R spray foam and exterior insulated sheathing panels to meet the new continuous insulation energy code. The interior is finished with skim coat plaster, stone window sills, tile, hardwood flooring and wrought iron stair railings. The Carbone Auto Group-New Corporate Offices & Reconditioning/Auction Facility - New York Mills, NY
The Carbone Auto Group selected us for yet another major Design-Build project. The company purchased the former Chicago Market/Rite Aid Building at 5197 Old Commercial Drive to relocate their Corporate Offices and Reconditioning/Auction operations. The Offices will utilize the former 14,000 sf Drug Store and the Reconditioning Center/Auction Facility will utilize 16,000 sf of the former Grocery Store.

This project consists of an addition to Hamilton College's current practice facility. This will be a pre-manufactured Butler building with a turf field on the interior. Details include new men's and women's restrooms along with an indoor batting cage.

We provide office Project Managers and experienced on-site Superintendents for every project.
As a Butler Builder since 1982, we have completed Design-Build projects for clients throughout Central and Northern New York. Offering single source responsibility, our Design-Build services include site selection, in-house AutoCAD drafting, complete project compliance, mechanical and electrical engineering with our independent professional consultants, from concept through project completion.
Not just Butler buildings, we have completed many Conventional Construction Design-Build projects as well. Offering the same services as with Butler projects but with conventionally framed buildings working with local engineers and architects. These projects tend to be larger and more complex.
Mr. Gaetano has worked at the Charles A. Gaetano Construction Corp. since 1969. In 1993 he assumed responsibility for the company's business development. Under his leadership, the firm has tripled its work volume performed, while the business has grown into a full-service general contractor and design-build firm.
I have over 20 years of commercial construction industry experience with Gaetano Construction Corporation. As a graduate of SUNY Institute of Technology, I started with Gaetano as a Project Manager Assistant. I have since progressed to Estimator and Project Manager, working on several multi-million dollar projects.
As a Dean's List student in Construction Management, Mr. Bushardt joined Gaetano Construction Corporation in 1999. Upon graduation, Mr. Bushardt has continued his growth with the Corporation as an Estimator and Project Manager.
