Gaetano Construction is again working with the Masonic Care Community as it expands its Acacia Village property. We will be working on "The Neighborhoods at Acacia Village" which will include Waterside Cottages and Garden Homes in phase one of the project. Ground has already been broken and site work well underway. Our time line calls for the first of the Waterfront Cottages to be completed by late summer 2020. Gaetano Construction has also been awarded the contract to refurbish the existing Acacia Village Community Center and apartments, creating what will be now known as the Acacia Village Lodge and Lodge Suites.
We specialize in Construction Management services working with private colleges, non-profits, developers, and health care clients to deliver projects from pre-construction budgeting through complete project management. We provide office Project Managers and experienced on-site Superintendents for every project.
We have completed Design-Build projects for clients throughout Central and Northern New York. Offering single source responsibility, our Design-Build services include site selection, in-house AutoCAD drafting, complete project compliance, mechanical and electrical engineering with our independent professional engineers and architects, from concept through project completion. These projects tend to be larger and more complex.
Since 1960, we have served Central and Northern New York clients as a traditional general contractor working from owner provided plans and specifications for both private and public clients. We self-perform concrete foundations and interior build-out with our experienced Superintendents and crews.
