Masonic Care Community Acacia Village Commons Renovations and Additions – 34,480 SF ($6.2 Million)
Project Manager:
Josh Rowlands
Superintendent: Scott Major

This project involved completely renovating the existing Acacia Village Commons building at the Masonic Care Community, and adding five new additions. The project was split up into multiple phases so the residents could continue to use portions of the building while other portions were under construction. The additions were for library/activities, yoga/aerobics, destination dining, bar/dining, and a mechanical addition for new MAU’s to serve the new cooking spaces. Design features include a new bistro with buffet style serving and a pizza oven, demonstration cooking suite, new yoga space and enlarged fitness center, fully functional salon with manicure and pedicure stations, beautiful red oak library, newly renovated dining and activity spaces, and a fully functional bar. This project was started in October of 2019 and is due to be completed in January of 2021.
