CABVI Rehabilitation Center

The Central Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI) has completed the construction of their state-of-the-art Vision Rehabilitation and Wellness center in downtown Utica. This facility includes a therapeutic-recreational indoor swimming pool, fitness center, dorm/studio bedrooms for overnight accommodations, teaching kitchen, eye doctors' offices, vision store, therapy rooms, classrooms with smart-technology, conference room with a video wall and much more... The Westwood Apartments

Project is a renovation of an existing building downtown Utica at 167 Genesee Street into commercial and residential spaces. The building includes 22 apartments, a tenant lounge, laundry and fitness room. Also the building houses "Jimmy John's" Gourmet restaurant and "Street Corner Store" grocery. The Meadows

"The Meadows" is a multi-phase project demolished 14 of the 22 existing buildings on the site, amd have been replaced by (3) three new buildings comprised of 93 units (84 1-bedroom and 9 2-bedrooms) and (1) new 5,500 SF Community Center. To see more please click the following link... The Meadows
Hamilton College Health & Counseling Center

This project involved building a new two-story 14,000 SF Health and Counseling Center for Hamilton College. It consists of multiple exam and medical spaces throughout the 1st floor along with counseling and group activity spaces throughout the 2nd floor. Design features include eight new geothermal wells for a closed-loop heating/cooling system and the second floor hardwood flooring is Hickory which was reclaimed from a grove of existing hickory trees that were on the site before the building was built. West Street Apartments
February 28, 2018

This three-story 52,000 SF project provide (36) one-bedroom and (6) two-bedroom affordable housing units including 11 permanent supportive housing apartments for the homeless, those at risk of homelessness, and/or formerly homeless individuals or small families. There is also approximately 7,200 SF dedicated to the Community Services programs that the Rescue Mission of Utica will operate and will be located on the Ground Floor of the new facility.
