Construction management is a process and as builders, we bring our building experience to the construction management process and advocate for owners throughout the project. We act as the owners' eyes and ears and provide clear, concise schedule and budget updates so they can concentrate on running their businesses, confident that we are managing their construction projects on their behalf.
The success of a construction management program depends greatly on quality pre-construction services where the overall program, budget and schedule is established.
We lead the project through project close-out and commissioning, providing all of the following Construction Management services:
- Pre-construction planning
- Bid management
- Cost assembly
- Submittal management
- Document control
- Contingency and change management
- Schedule management and updates
- Daily field coordination
- Jobsite supervision
- Safety and quality management
If one of your project goals is LEED certification, we have several accredited LEED green associates on staff who are trained in the principles and documentation required.
Gaetano Construction is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, with every type of project. From healthcare construction to multi-unit housing facilities, we are proud to have worked on a wide range of construction projects and continue do so with the professionalism and expertise that your project deserves.
