Syracuse Label & Surround Printing – 59,000 SF New Building ($7.6M)

This project involved the construction of a new 59,000 SF facility that included a 49,000 Butler Building Production/Warehouse with a large 14,000 SF conventional built office area attached to the Butler Building that now houses their main operations.
The $7.6 Million project had an aggressive 6 month construction schedule with liquidated damages. Site work commenced on May 9, 2016 and substantial completion and the ensuing Certificate of Occupancy was attained on October 31, 2016.
Some of the features of the new Production/Warehouse space included several large Bridge cranes, (2) new Loading docks with Dock Levels, a new Dimplex Chiller to help in their printing operations, new LED lighting and several large curtain wall to allow the influx of natural lighting.
