Utica General Trucking Company, Inc. Commercial
In 1988, Utica General Trucking Company purchased a 40 year old structure to house its Peterbilt & GMC truck dealerships. The initial project included a 3,600 square-foot addition with 4 service bays, and complete renovation of the existing building interior and exterior. In 1994, 6 bays, including a drive-through wash bay, were added to the service building as part of the 4,500 square-foot addition. In 2000, a showroom and new Butler re-roof system over the old flat roof was added.
