Charles A. Gaetano Construction, in collaboration with Hamilton College, developed the budget and schedule to construct this impressive $35 million Theatre and Studio Arts Building on the college's Clinton, New York, campus.
Situated on a picturesque hilltop, this 81,000 square-foot facility consolidates arts spaces - studios, theaters, performance spaces, technical workshops, classrooms and offices - into one spacious, yet efficiently designed location.
Scheduled to be completed in 2014, the facility employs the latest technologies for heat, ventilation and controllable natural light. Classrooms and storage space are uniquely designed to suit Hamilton's visual arts and performance curriculum.
SUNY IT - Auxiliary Services and Student Center
This new 40,000 SF Student Center building will be the focus of student life for residential and commuter students, featuring a Dining Hall, Student Life Offices, Several Meeting Rooms, Lounges, Technology for wireless computing and computer gaming, a 20-foot Media Wall, Movie Theater and Campus Radio Station.
MVCC - Robert R. Jorgensen Athletic/Events Center
Phase 1 project included a new 40,000 SF field house, 5,000 SF fitness center, renovation of the existing pool and pool locker rooms. The project included site work, concrete, steel structure, brick, curtain wall, storefront facade, finishes and athletic equipment installed under a general contractor prime contract.
Assured Information Security
This 45,000 SF building located in Rome NY on the former Griffiss Air Force Base is owned by the Griffiss Land Development Corp. The structure was designed and built for its major tenant, Assured Information Security.
Old Forge Art Center
The new home of the Arts Guild of Old Forge was recently completed. The project included the renovation of an existing building into Painting, Sculpture and Jewelry Making Studio space.
Mr. Gaetano has worked at the Charles A. Gaetano Construction Corp. since 1969. In 1993 he assumed responsibility for the company's business development. Under his leadership, the firm has tripled its work volume performed, while the business has grown into a full-service general contractor and design-build firm.
I have over 35 years of professional experience in the construction field. I also have extensive experience with the Design-Build delivery method and have worked on a wide range of new building, renovation, and expansion projects.
I have over 20 years of commercial construction industry experience with Gaetano Construction Corporation. As a graduate of SUNY Institute of Technology, I started with Gaetano as a Project Manager Assistant. I have since progressed to Estimator and Project Manager, working on several multi-million dollar projects.
As a Dean's List student in Construction Management, Mr. Bushardt joined Gaetano Construction Corporation in 1999. Upon graduation, Mr. Bushardt has continued his growth with the Corporation as an Estimator and Project Manager.

Wednesday night the 12th of December, Gaetano Construction hosted a Christmas dinner for their employees. Among those in attendance were Art, Greg and Fred Seifried, (referred to as the "Seifried Gang"), who steadily for the past 25 years have performed good quality work for Gaetano.They are pictured here in respective order with Bill Gaetano, V.P of the Charles A. The Charles A. Gaetano Construction Corp. recently made The American Heart Association's list for "Fit-Friendly Worksites". Businesses that receive the Fit-Friendly designation, work alongside the American Heart Association to implement on-site health and wellness programs for their employees.
Gaetano has implemented an on-site health and wellness program, including daily stretches on all projects as shown in photo.
