Over the past 25 years, we have developed an experienced staff to complete both Butler and Conventional buildings and Renovations on a Design/Build basis.

We have completed many private client projects serving as a Construction Manager, providing Project Management and On-Site Supervision services. Projects are separated in to individual work scopes and bid out to qualified sub-contractors and suppliers on a fixed fee structure. For many clients we combine theses services along with our own self performed concrete and finish work for a combined Construction Management and General Contracting or Design/Build arrangement.
For the past several years we have provided Pre-Construction services to both Owners and Architectural firms. Services include site selection investigation including soils investigation and topography, communication with local municipalities regarding Planning and Zoning, budget and detailed estimates, preliminary in-house drafting and design services, and scheduling.
Working with the owner, architect, engineering consultants, and major sub-contractors we help owners establish and maintain project budgets by assisting in value engineering and resolving design and cost issues early on in the planning process.
In 1982 we acquired the Butler Manufacturing Co. pre-engineered building franchise for Oneida, Herkimer, and Madison counties.
As a Butler "Career Builder", we have completed over 2.5 million square-feet of projects for satisfied clients in Central and Northern NY, primarily on a Design/Build basis.
We self perform all concrete foundation and building erection with our own forces, not sub-contractors.
From small damage repairs to larger interior and exterior renovations we complete many projects from owner provided sketches or in-house design/build.
We provide pre-construction budgeting and in-house Auto-Cad drafting. If the project is feasible we move to final design and pricing working with interior designers and architectural firms for space planning and code compliance.
