Members of the Charles A. Gaetano Construction Corp., participated in the "Ground Breaking Ceremony" today the 29th of March, for the construction of the new West Street Apartments project for the Rescue Mission of Utica.  This three-story 52,000 SF project will provide 36 one-bedroom and six two-bedroom affordable housing units including 11 permanent supportive housing apartments for the homeless, those at risk of homelessness, and/or formerly homeless individuals or small families. There will also be approximately 7,200 SF dedicated to Community Services programs that the Rescue Mission of Utica will operate.
