Hamilton College Theatre & Studio Arts Building Project Signs Partnering Charter

The Project Team for the Hamilton College Theatre & Studio Arts building met for the second Partnering Meeting for the project on August 7, 2013. Representatives from the Owner, Architect, Construction Manager and trade contractors assembled in one of the College's lecture halls to review progress and establish goals as the job moves forward.
Partnering is a management process where the goal is to produce win-win situation for all parties based on good faith and fair dealings.
This process has been implemented on several Gaetano projects.
