The Grace Furniture Warehouse Expansion is a 10,000 SF addition to their existing
Marcy, NY facility. This project was constructed through the late fall and winter
of 1999. To keep Grace Furniture in operation, we constructed the new warehouse
over and around the existing masonry and wood framed warehouse, completed one-half
of the new building so it could be occupied, then demolished the old building,
and completed the new structure. Throughout the 6 month construction period, the
Owner continued shipping and receiving goods without interruption.
