This 80,000 SF warehouse/distribution expansion was designed and constructed by us in 2001, and completed in less than 5 months. Constructed on an unsuitable fill site, we excavated and refilled over 10,000 CU of material. The building features 24' clear height, a super flat floor slab, and a 90' clear span loading dock area.
