Brooklyn Brewery Beer Distribution Renovation & Repair

Brooklyn Brewery Beer Distribution

Utica, New York

Construction Notes

The Brooklyn Brewery-Renovation for Beer Distribution – 42,000 Sf ($600,000)
Project Manager:
David Kleps,
Superintendent: Jim Bailey

In 1980 we constructed a 30,000 sf Warehouse for Mohawk containers and expanded that building again in 1987 adding 12,000 sf

The building was vacated in 2009 and was sold to The Brooklyn Brewery this year. Brooklyn’s close relationship with the FX Matt Brewery led us to a new relationship with this NYC based brewer who wanted to relocate their distribution operation to Utica.

We completed a total building renovation including a 6,000 sf Keg Cooler, New Offices, Lunch and Toilet Rooms, new dock doors and equipment, lighting, heating and ventilation systems.
