In 1988, we completed a 22,000 SF manufacturing and office facility in less than four months on a design-build contract. Subsequently, we delivered a 9,000 SF manufacturing building with a bridge crane for the manufacturing of gas station canopies and fuel tanks. Then in 1997 and 1999, we added to the original facility a 10,000 SF manufacturing addition and a 5,000 SF office addition and renovation. |
