A not-for-profit founded by Tom Tucker based on the book “Watership Down”
written by British Author Richard Adams. Fiver provides a ten year support
program to children and families from economically disadvantaged backgrounds mostly
from New York City.
We built the Administration Building, Dining Hall, Commissary-Pool Building, Resident
Managers House and ten Dormitory Buildings. The project is located in Poolville,
