Despite harsh winter conditions during construction, the Gaetano team was on time
with the April, 2003 completion of a new 29,600 square foot building for Sunset
Wood Apartments - Retirement Homes in New Hartford. The new three - story, masonry
block and pre-cast plank building features 24 elderly housing units, along with
additional community, dining and adminsitrative areas. It is all linked with the
existing community at Sunset Wood.
