Project was a two-story slab on grade building with 48 units which included 4
handcapped accessible units. The building also included a community area and a
medical clinic. Each unit included a patio / deck. The community center also included
provisions for a full service kitchen. This was funded through DHCR (Division
of Housing and Community Renewal). |
