We were the general contractor for this 52,000 SF expansion and renovation project.
The third and forth floor addition and penthouse housing mechanical equipment
have been constructed over the emergency room entrance. Our Phase I work was completed
by November 1, 2000 and Phase II was completed in February 2001. Twenty-four subcontractors
were involved on this three year project. The $14 million dollar Phase I work
included an addition which houses a 16 bed intensive care unit, a 10 suite surgical
center, a new parking garage and replacement of the Medical Center's boiler and
chiller units.
