Oneida Healthcare Center's dining services project included complete renovation of an existing
6,000 sf kitchen, new construction of a 6,200 sf cafeteria serving area and 130-seat dining room. An 11-foot high
glass wall will highlight the dining room space that will be appointed with booth seating for 60, and
designer tables and chairs seating 70. The serving area will feature six serving stations to offer a variety of menu options.
Completion is scheduled for November, 2005.
