This project is a small but important addition to facilitate Tanker trucks that deliver and ship beer to the facility.
The Butler addition includes room for (2) Tanker trucks with provisions for oil/water separation and containment, wash down, ventilation, heat and electrical.

In 2011 the company contacted us about an available vacant building that we happened to have built in 1970. The 82,000 sf vacant former Oneida Container building was in very good condition but would need a major renovation project.
We assembled a design and construction team to facilitate a complete renovation.
The project includes large production rooms and areas with new full height partitions, complete painting of all exposed steel, heavy duty epoxy floor painting, completely new HVAC including several new Roof Top units with plant air conditioning and ventilation, a new 1200 amp electrical service and power to new equipment as well as new Labs and some new Offices.
The project is scheduled for completion in March of 2013
Little Falls, New York
Little Falls Primary Care for Bassett Healthcare, Little Falls, NY – 4,800 Sf ($1.6M)

A new primary care facility has been constructed on the Little Falls Hospital campus that will allow Bassett Healthcare Network to service more families in the area. The new 4800 SF primary care health center has seven exam rooms and a treatment room. There is also a lab, four offices and support areas, as well as enough space for future growth. The one-floor design provides ADA compliant access for patients who find it difficult to walk very far or navigate stairs.
To allow for the construction of the new primary care center to begin, two buildings adjacent to Little Falls Hospital at 156 Burwell Street and 170 Burwell were demolished. Now that the new building is complete, the added space is utilized for additional parking areas.
Bassett’s new primary care facility was completed in early summer of 2012.

Wednesday night the 12th of December, Gaetano Construction hosted a Christmas dinner for their employees. Among those in attendance were Art, Greg and Fred Seifried, (referred to as the "Seifried Gang"), who steadily for the past 25 years have performed good quality work for Gaetano.They are pictured here in respective order with Bill Gaetano, V.P of the Charles A. The Charles A. Gaetano Construction Corp. recently made The American Heart Association's list for "Fit-Friendly Worksites". Businesses that receive the Fit-Friendly designation, work alongside the American Heart Association to implement on-site health and wellness programs for their employees.
Gaetano has implemented an on-site health and wellness program, including daily stretches on all projects as shown in photo.
