Construction Notes

We were the general contractor for this 52,000 square-foot expansion and renovation project. The third and forth floor addition and penthouse housing mechanical equipment have been constructed over the emergency room entrance. Our Phase I work was completed by November 1, 2000 and Phase II was completed in February 2001. Twenty-four subcontractors were involved on this three year project. The $14 million dollar Phase I work included an addition which houses a 16 bed intensive care unit, a 10 suite surgical center, a new parking garage and replacement of the Medical Center's boiler and chiller units.
