Southwest Addition, (Approx. $22.5 Million) Extensively phased project including: New 20-bed (13,500 square-foot) Emergency Department; new 16-bed (14,000 square-foot) Intensive/Cardiac Care Unit; including interior renovation for new Outpatient Lab/Wound Clinic, Nuclear Medicine Room, Women’s Imaging & MRI, Radiographic Support, Offices, Lobby, Pharmacy, and ED Support.(SW Addition Photos below)

Special Procedures Room, (Approx. $500 Thousand) Renovation for new special procedures imaging room.

Radiation-Oncology Addition, ($5.3 Million) Construction of a new concrete vault for new radiation medicine treatment along with 3-story addition for patient rooms, conference rooms, and facility maintenance.(See Photos below)

Radiation-Oncology Conference Room, ($101 Thousand) Fit-out of new high end conference room with high tech communications package for teleconference meetings.

Renovations to 3rd and 4th Floor, ($3.9 Million) Complete renovation of existing hospital patient wings.

1st Floor Lobby, Gift shop, Med Services & Cafeteria, ($2.8 Million)
Renovation of existing infrastructure to accommodate new hospital medical records, food, and administrative services.
