This project involved the total renovation of an existing 7600 SF office building
to accommodate a new Convenient Care & Imaging Center for Cayuga Medical Center
of Ithaca. The project got an early start and despite the harsh winter conditions
opened in April, on schedule. Some of the project highlights include a new 800
SF reception / waiting room addition with an exposed rustic timber truss &
glu-laminated cathedral ceiling, all new interior finishes, a new mobile MRI docking
facility and new site amenities including landscaping, paving, new sidewalks &
curbs.
