This project, under the direction of the New York State Dormitory Authority
and King & King Architect from Manlius N.Y., involved the complete renovation
of the Cayuga Residence Hall, a 110 room student dormitory. Charles A. Gaetano Construction
started the renovation in May of 2007. It involved Asbestos Removal,
14 new toilet and shower rooms, new laundry rooms, upgrades to 110 dorm rooms,
new lounge, upgrades to the electrical, plumbing and heating systems, new roof on
both wings, new fire protection system as well the replacement of all the buildings
windows with new energy efficient window units. Completion is set for April of 2008.
