More students will be able to live on campus after the completion of a new $6 million, 3-story, 155-bed residence hall.
The 41,000 SF building is located next to existing student housing, enabling more than 400 of the college's 5000 students to live on campus.
The architect chose a red brick exterior which coincides with the exterior of the existing student housing. The building will feature five-person
suites with two double rooms and one-single room, along with a common gathering area and bathroom. Rooms are wired for Internet,
telephone and cable-television services. Our company was selected on a design-build delivery system. Also we built two connecting links
between the existing dorms to allow for better security and control for campus safety. Project was completed August 2005.
