In 1988, Utica General Trucking Company purchased a 40 year old structure to house
its Peterbilt & GMC truck dealerships. The initial project included
a 3,6000 SF addition with 4 service bays, and complete renovation of the existing
building interior and exterior. In 1994, 6 bays, including a drive-through
wash bay, were added to the service building as part of the 4,500 SF addition.
