Our work for the Utica Plumbing Supply Co. is a good example of the flexibilty
of our services. The owners of the business, (Howland Tank Supply of Ogdensburg,
NY) came to us in the Fall of 2002 with a plan to relocate from their downtown
Utica site and construct a new facility. Gaetano Construction was employed as
the Design-Build contractor. In this role, we prepared the complete site and interior
design, paving the way for the owner to contract with his own forces to complete
the building's interior, mechanical and electrical work. The business in now housed
in a new 14,500 SF sales office and warehouse facilty, featuring a high bay warehouse
and two new loading docks.
