Located on the Erie Canal in North Utica, this 8,000 SF two-story marina is an
ideal stopping point for boaters on the canal. This building has toilet facilities
and a picnic area. Recently a restaurant has taken the building for year-round
use. The building is built on a mat foundation with large retaining walls. The
frame is structural steel with brick masonry on all sides with wood trusses and
asphalt shingles. The building is serviced with an elevator.
