Our largest design-build Butler project to date, the 230,000 SF structure includes
a 65,000 SF department store, a 42,000 SF grocery store, six secondary tenants,
a movie theater and 32 other smaller retails shops. Owned by AMA Realty of Utica,
NY, the strip shopping plaza and 1,200 car parking lot were completed entirely
under our contract in under six months.
