Site work began in December 2010 for the Carbone Auto Group’s new Adirondack Harley Davidson Facility. The 24,000 sf Design-Build Butler building features a conventional structural steel display tower, stone and timber framed facade and window canopies with architectural standing seam roofing. The building includes a 7,500 SF showroom, a 5,000 SF Service shop and 5,000 SF Bike storage area. The mechanical system includes a waste-oil boiler with in-floor radiant heat and roof top HVAC units.

The building’s shell was constructed through the harsh winter of 2011 and was completed Labor Day, 2011.
