This new 15,600 SF office building, for the Brian A. Gaetano Co., was completed
in Dec 2001. This Class "A" office space is a single story structure
of brick and glass veneer. Work continued under a separate contract with Saloman
Smith Barney, to finish the interior, with complete buildout of the HVAC, electric,
cherry wood doors, trim and paneling, and flooring. In addition to this building,
we have completed two other buildings in this park, REMET Corporation and Merrill
Lynch.
