Overview
Ron began working for Gaetano in 1994 as a journeyman carpenter. In 1999 he received his first assignment as foreman on the Faxton Regional Center Project. In 2001 he became the superintendent on the New Entrance / Elevator Tower Project at Faxton Hospital when the project superintendent was transferred to another project. When this project was 75% complete the owner decided to build an enclosed Therapy Pool in an existing courtyard adjacent to the on going project. Due to the logistics, excavation work, concrete and structural steel was an enormous challenge to the young superintendent, however he was able to overcome all obstacles he encountered and at the end delivered a very successful project.

FSLH Imaging Center, Utica, NY
This 5,800 SF renovation was completed in 4 months on a Design-Build basis. The new space includes state of the art Digital Mammography, Ultrasound, Bone Densitometry & Stereotactic Biopsy imaging service Project Value $700,000
Utica City School, Albany Elementary School, Utica, NY
Renovations and additions to the existing grade school. The first Phase involved a new 1 story 8,000 SF kindergarten addition, a new rear three story masonry stair tower and a new bus loop. A complete renovation to the existing cafeteria as well as a new roof. Phase 2 included complete classroom renovations with new smart boards, a new Library, all new VCT floor throughout and the creation of a new entry. Project Value $3.7M
SUNY Morrisville-Oneida Hall, Morrisville, NY
Complete renovation of a 1960's Dormitory that included upgrades to the bathroom facilities, interior finishes, window replacement, electrical systems and addition of a new fire protection sprinkler system and new sidewalks. Project Value $3.9 M
Little Falls Hospital, Little Falls, NY
Renovation of the existing Emergency Department, 3rd Floor Patient Rooms, Ground Floor Reception area as well as a new covered handicapped accessible entrance way. Cost $2.9 Million
