Mohawk Valley Community College (MVCC), Utica, NY
Robert R. Jorgensen Athletic Center, (Approx. $6.7 Million) - Project included a new 40,000 SF Field House, 5,000 SF Fitness Center, renovation of the existing pool and pool locker rooms.
SUNY IT, Marcy, NY
Auxiliary Services & Student Center, (Approx. $12.1 Million) - Project included Dining Hall, Student Life Offices, Meeting Rooms, Movie Theater and Campus Radio Station. This project ws designed to be a LEED Silver Certified Project.
Masonci Care Community, Utica, NY
New Boiler Plant, Laundry Facility and Plant Operations, (Approx. $6.6 Million) - Project included heavy mechanical construction for the additionof three 400 HP Boilers including ancillary, mechanical and electrical equipment. Start-up of new boilers required conscientious coordination to change steam flow throughout the campus to the new steam plan. Facility also housed a new laundry facility that included industrial washers, dryers and folders.
Auburn Memorial Hospital, Auburn NY
Patient Wing and Surgical Suite Renovations, (Approx. $5.25 Million) - Include special construction of a behavior health wing and critical wing. Project also included upgrades to four operating rooms and support areas. Mechanical system upgrades, medical gas systems, and nurse call system upgrades.
Cayuga Medical Center, Ithaca, NY
Southwest Addition, (Approx. $22.5 Million) - Extensively phased project including: New 20-bed (13,500 square-foot) Emergency Department; new 16-bed (14,000 square-foot) Intensive/Cardiac Care Unit; including interior renovation for new Outpatient Lab/Wound Clinic, Nuclear Medicine Room, Women's Imaging & MRI, Radiographic Support, Offices, Lobby, Pharmacy, and ED Support.
Special Procedures Room, (Approx. $500,000) - Renovation for new special procedures imaging room.
Radiation-Oncology Addition, ($5.3 Million) - Construction of a new concrete vault for new radiation medicine treatment along with three story addition for patient rooms, conference rooms, and facility maintenance. 13,700 square-feet/$4.6M. Addition included $1M of concrete alone. VERY aggressive schedule.
Radiation-Oncology Conference Room, ($101,000) - Fit-out of new high end conference room with high tech communications package for teleconference meetings.
Renovations to 3rd and 4th Floor, ($3.9 Million) - Complete renovation of existing hospital patient wings. Very aggressive schedule. Work in open hospital area while hospital continued to function 24/7.
1st Floor Lobby, Gift shop, Med Services & Cafeteria, ($2.8 Million) - Renovation of existing infrastructure to accommodate new hospital medical records, food, and administrative services.
Cortland Convenient Care and Imaging Center
$1.8M project. Off campus rehabilitation medical Office Building. Harsh winter weather for spring opening. Project completed on time and within budget.
Ballston Point, Arlington, VA
($29 Million) - 13-story structural steel base building (267,330 square-foot) constructed on a 3-story cast-in-place concrete underground parking garage foundation (169,600 square-foot)
