Acacia Village II Groundbreaking

Representatives of Gaetano Construction and the Trustees of the Masonic Hall and Home officially broke ground on a 20-million dollar expansion project of their independent retirement community Acacia Village. The ceremony took place at the site of the new Acacia II, just east of Acacia Village on the property of the Masonic Care Community on November 19th.

The Acacia II project which will be connected to the existing Acacia Village, will add 75 more independent living apartments to the Masonic Care Community campus, as well as two new garages for residential parking.

The project will also benefit the local economy adding construction jobs over the next 20 months, as well as additional employment at Acacia Village once the facility is complete.
